Todo Nuevo México
Terms of Service
Last updated June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Todo Nuevo México (the “Service”), a New Mexico events and outdoor- adventure platform operated by Darell Trujillo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service aggregates publicly available information about events, venues, and outdoor activities in New Mexico and provides tools to search, plan, and save itineraries. Information is provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm details — dates, fees, access rules, accessibility, and conditions — with the official source before you rely on them.
2. Intellectual property
The Service — including its design, branding, original text, the selection, arrangement, normalization, and enrichment of data (the “compilation”), software, and underlying source code — is owned by Darell Trujillo LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Todo Nuevo México” and associated logos are our trademarks. Individual factual items (such as an event date or a trailhead coordinate) are not themselves owned by us, but our curated compilation of them is. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning. We publish structured data (schema.org markup, an
llms.txt file, and documented endpoints) so that search engines and AI assistants can reference our content with attribution. Reasonable, attributed, individual machine access consistent with those published interfaces is welcome.4. Prohibited use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party or automated agent to:
- systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or bulk-download the Service or its compilation beyond the documented, attributed interfaces, or in a way that reproduces a substantial part of the compilation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or non-public logic of the Service, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- use the Service, its data, or its design to build, train, or operate a competing product or service, or to create a substitute dataset;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any technical protection measure, or use the Service to introduce malware or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices, attribution, or branding.
5. Accounts
Some features require an account, which you access through a one-time email sign-in link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You may request deletion of your account and saved data at any time by contacting us.
6. Cultural protocol
New Mexico's lands include 19 Pueblos and the Navajo, Apache, and other Nations. Where the Service notes tribal land, photography or drone restrictions, closures, or other protocols, you agree to respect them and to confirm current rules with the relevant Pueblo or Nation before visiting. Tribal and Pueblo information appears only through permissioned partnerships.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that any event, accessibility feature, fee, or access condition is current or correct. Outdoor recreation carries inherent risk; you are solely responsible for your own safety and preparedness.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darell Trujillo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your reliance on its information. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darell Trujillo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
