Haciendas: A Parade of Homes returns to Santa Fe in 2026
Santa Fe's self-guided tour of newly built homes is back for its next edition — and with Santa Fe now the country's No. 1 luxury market, it's a rare walk through what that market is actually building. Here's what to expect, and how area builders can get their home on the map.
Haciendas: A Parade of Homes is the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association's annual, self-guided tour of newly built custom and production homes across the Santa Fe area. Visitors buy a single pass and drive their own route through the participating homes over two weekends in August, with directions provided to each stop.
In 2025, the Parade ran across two weekends — August 8 to 10 and August 15 to 17 — from 10 am to 5 pm, with a special twilight tour on the evening of August 15 (4 to 9 pm). A 20-dollar pass was good for all six days and included the twilight tour, and thirteen area builders took part. The 2026 dates and the list of participating homes have not yet been announced by the association; when they are, we will list every home here.
Why it matters this year: Santa Fe was just named the No. 1 luxury housing market in the United States in the Spring 2026 Wall Street Journal and Realtor.com ranking.
