Cafe Pasqual's

Founded in 1979 by chef-owner Katharine Kagel, this corner restaurant one block south of the Plaza serves scratch-cooked organic Southwestern cuisine in a festive, hand-painted tile dining room. Named a James Beard Foundation America's Classic, the kitchen uses pasture-raised meats, wild-caught fish, and seasonal organic ingredients for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
